I am journaling again it is terrible. well i just found an old gym card of mine which had my old measurements on it from feb this year so i decided to see how it compared. some was good and some not so good but i thought i would put up my results to show myself that something is happening.

Feb 2008

BMI - 27.4

Weight - 68kg

Waist - 106 cm

Body Fat % - 38.1


Sept 2008

BMI - 28.6

Weight - 70.3 KG

Waist - 101.6 cm

Body Fat % - 34.4

so as you can see some ups and some downs but all motivation

My ideals would be

BMI - 24

Weight - 55kg

Body fat % - 26

i think i am journalling so much because i cannot sleep a wink!

also 3 cups of green tea drank!

creeping up a bit just lately - as I'm sick so I'm slobbing around on my couch far too much! I was about 68kg at my biggest weigh-in a few years back (then I just stopped getting on the scales! so don't know if I got heavier than that or not?), and have managed to stay under 65 for the past 12 months (yay! it was my new years resolution the past few years). I think now I can try to stay under 60 as my next "goal"... 55 would be nice, but it still feels like a long way to go! It feels nice to be staying comfortably under 60 though - I can go into shops and pretty much any pair of pants I try on will not look too awful (it's the small things that make us happy!!) - though of course at our height every pair of pants is too long! lol

haha yeah im glad new look (a shop in the UK) has 28" leg jeans now still slightly too long but much better fit now all i need is to get to a weight were the jeans look good! i cant seem to stop myself rising at the moment everything i do adds more weight :(

Body fat % is by far the most important measurement you can track. That has come down by quite a bit, so you're doing great.

Thanks divided so are you! im pretty pleased with the BF% it means that something must be working :)

If you're body fat is down and you're waist is down, then your weight is probably up because you've gained muscles!!! That seems to be the most likely option anyway so that's a good thing :) Oh and P.S. I weigh in pounds not kgs so I have no idea what that means and I'm too lazy to look up a converter online lol, but like I said, it seems like you gained muscle so be proud!
