ok so atm i stand at
70.2 kg BMI - 28.5 BF% - 34.2
when i first was on the scales it read 67.4 and i got so excited but then i realised it was missing a carpet foot and it wasn't right.
may weigh in again when i actually wake up tomorrow because i'm feeling a little blocked :s.
family stresses building again will wait about half an hour and then try this new workout.
only 2 days now!!!!
will also take measurements once i find my tape measure.

attempted the ministry of sound boxcercise was a tad too fast for me so i'm just missing everything and don't feel like im working out more flaiing :P so i will go back to davina for tonight i'm going to try and do two of her workouts and then i will come back to ministry when i feel a little more acomplished and coordinated :)
