Had a huge breakfast today. Actually it was more like brunch. I had a doctor's appointment early this morning and didn't get home until noon. I was so starved by the time I got home!! They are finally getting my blood pressure under control. They also recommended walking everyday. I've been trying to do that anyway. Have a good day, everyone.
