Taking off for a couple of days so won't be able to record. I hope I don't do too much damage. Then back on Monday then gone again Thursday for a few more days. I might have to take some corrective action July 2nd when my schedule gets back to "normal" but this will be a good test to see how I do. I know one thing - I can't go back to the "me" who used to gain it all back. I just CAN'T.

Your on the right track and are focused. If you gain a pound or 2 you will lose it soon after. Good luck with your travels.

Well, have a great time ...... Just be cautious. I will be taking off the first week in July. I volunteer as the recreation coordinator at a Bible Camp every summer. The camp is in the higher elevations, generally much cooler. The kids can swim, kayak, repel, play volleyball, basketball, zip line, climb walls and several other things. It's an enjoyable week. I have an opportunity to track some of the kids from our church. The struggle will be that "every meal" I face a self-serve buffet style food counter. The food is surprisingly good. The temptation to over-eat will be constant. So .... I will need every ounce of focus I can muster.
