I've been messing around with my diet, you can see how well I've been on my weight history graph up until Jan/Feb and then was just up and down and very little steps.
I came back from my meeting yesterday with renewed energy. Who wants to be on a diet/programme constantly? So, I decided to stick to it for 3 consecutive weeks before going to Management phase. If I slip, I will have to restart the count and that's more money, more time, etc. So it is another 'forced' motivation for me to stick to it. I CAN DO IT!!!
