Ok so after renewing my resolve to loose weight I stayed up half the night last night and couldn't stay awake on the drive in to class this evening, so after class I went out for soda and chips to wake me up. I drove home safely but consumed an additional 1000 calories in the process (I think). argh. I am a screw up. Sigh. Oh well, there's always tomorrow.

You are not a screw up, and get those negative comments out of your head! You were tired and you had a slip. It happens to all of us. You are right that there is tomorrow, but it's those negative comments that we sabotage ourselves with. Eating a bag of chips and drinking a soda is not something you need to make so personal--it just is what it is. You know why you ate them, so next time decide that you'll keep some snacks on hand to get you through a time when you're tired. Make a plan, don't defeat yourself!
