I think I'm going to have to start doing more cooking. And I'm going to have to cook ahead of time since I don't have any free time during the week. I am not following the diet well enough when I haven't been shopping. I didn't buy enough this weekend to see me through the week. I'm making my dinners and lunches the same two or three times a week, that takes more materials than when I just made lunch. I have some chicken I should cook up for next week,

My dad is very keen on this whole cook for one day (grilling) and then eat on it for the rest of the week. He would cook at least 3 kinds of meat, and then we'd keep half in the fridge, and half in the freezer, and just pull it out to make meals in half the time. Maybe that would be helpful to you.. I'm not saying grill it all.. maybe do a bake or something. :)
