Hurt my back pretty bad last night and now I am upset because I need to take it easy. I am so afraid I am going to gain or not be able to run in the 10k next weekend. I am also getting REALLY tired of not losing. I have hit a plateau and I usually bounce back and forth between 140 and 142. I would LOVE to get down to 130 but I just don't think it's going to be possible. Why does my body LOVE 140 so much??? UGH!!!!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

take it one pound at a time...push for 139 adn then 138...you can do this...are you phase 1 or phase 2...eating mostly veggies while you recoup will keep the weight down...i managed to lose about 6 pounds in 8 weeks while i was laid up in a cast for surgery on my foot...
