Things are going great.. if my weight goes up .5 or .6 cause of extra starches.. the next day I just cut out high starch.. and do atkins.. like I always use to do to maintain my weight.. I think Im ready for Round 2.. Im going to start at the end of this week..

Im so excited to lose these final 20 pounds... I know now Ill never be fat agqain!!

Hi Katt!! You are doing a great job stabilizing!! You are going to start Phase 2 again? Wow! How long have you been on Phase 3? I thought that we had to wait like 2 months between rounds. I also have 20 lbs to lose and I am anxious to put it behind me, too. I was going to do another round in mid January or so. Have you heard tht you don't have to wait so long? Thanks!! Ellie

Hi Ellie.. I have finished Ph 3 and have been on Ph 4 a week now.. technically... but Ive been adding starches and sugars in my diet now for 2 weeks... I feel my body is ready for my final round.. I think everyone is different.. I read blogs on HCG Yahoo group of people on Phase 3 that cant stablize..and struggle.. everyone is individual with there journey.. just as you are.. how are you stablizing?? Even my craving are gone.. not to mention Ive changed my way I look at food any more. This is my first round.. so I did 45 day Ph2 with one week interuption.. 3 weeks Ph3 and 2 weeks ph 4. started July 14 I plan to load next week. Ill keep you posted. =) Let me know how your are doing ... Katt~
