It's day 30! Already. WOW. I've lost about 10 pounds so far. That's not too bad, considering I haven't been taking it very seriously lately. Ummm....I celebrated with cake for breakfast! Not a wise choice. I need to start planning ahead more. Living on fiber one bars and yogurt is not exactly a healthy eating life-style change. I know how to do it and I've made healthy choices before, especially while I was pregnant...I just hate going to the store. I know, excuses, excuses!!
