I was afraid to step on the scale this morning! I had dinner with a friend Friday night, a wedding reception Saturday night and a family reunion on Sunday. I was also at a work retreat all day Friday...they fed us breakfast and lunch. I haven't even bothered trying to keep track of what I've been eating! :( Back on the diet/exercise wagon today...
156.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
