So, last night I kinda goofed. I was hanging out with a friend of mine and we made the dreaded mistake of going to a diner. Well, I ordered an unsweetened iced tea. Not bad, keep up the good work. The waitress comes back and I glance at the menu, and then I falter. I order the chicken quesadilla appetizer. Not only was it 1 in the morning, but here I was chowing down on this greasy, gooey, high sodium treat. At least I split it with my friend. I know that sometimes you have to slip yourself little treats along the way to make it all seem worthwhile, but midnight snacking and high sodium foods are probably my biggest weaknesses.
