i know i'm experiencing a plateau right now and i've found a few blogs on how to deal with plateau. one of them said that i need to change my diet & lifestyle. for example, if i always take meals in small quantity, i should eat more, in a sense, from an entree size to perhaps a main course size. but somehow, i'm so afraid to change it. by the way, i'm doing well of becoming a semi-vegetarian. i now cut down eggs, yogurt and cheese in my meals. i only have them occasionally (which is when i meet my mom and she treats me with such food)
