i really dont want to work out today i started the work out and about died but im going back to it gotta keep motivated darn it :P

i did it only 20 mins but its done and i enjoyed it i tried one i haven't done before which was the boxcercise and it was so fun, i've decided even if i cant get to grips with the rest of the dvd i endevor to do at least 3 sessions of that a week :)


damn my size 14 jeans arent fitting and its making me feel like crap :(


might go to the cinema later so im having a sandwich with soya and linseed bread with houmous spinish red pepper and onion yum!

Good job! Sometimes, 20 minutes is all you need. I'm not sure what the dvd was but boxing is a great workout. So is the training for boxing (running, jump rope, etc.).

noes its lots of squats and punches and kicking its a 5 workout dvd so its not very in depth but its fun! :D i do love to jump rope.

Hey, you don't need to punch real people to get a great workout! LOL It's good that it's fun, that makes it so much easier.
