missed breakfast :(
for lunch i had small spinich and avacado salad, a spoonful of houmous with red pepper to dip a small handful of olives and a slice of spelt bread - it was divine!
For dinner i am making butternut squash, potato and onion with bulgar wheat in a lemon and agave dizzle and a spinich avacado pea mint salad.
