Alright I thought I got way off track yesterday eating so much junk food and today too... but looking it up I still managed to stay under my calories for today and didnt go way over yesterday like i imagined i did.
Im feeling better. Drinking more water. Bout to go watch some workout vidoes on youtube and follow along while waiting to watch Glee season premiere! :D gotta kill time exercizing so i can skip all those pesky commercials later. lol
