So far so good... or at least I think. I'm still trying to learn what are good foods I should be eating more of... and what are bad foods I should start straying away from.
But every day I have recorded so far it's showing that I'm burning more calories than I'm taking in. So that's a good thing, right? I'm not sure... I know there is such a thing as burning too many calories and not eating enough... but I think I'm doing okay.
I found my workout dvd and the exercise band that goes with it. woot woot. I did 30 minutes today. Did the upper body workout, the dancers abs, and the buns and thighs sculpt.
I also tried to go for a walk today. But I guess I picked a bad time. Jett was entirely too grumpy and we ended up having to come home sooner than I wanted. Only got in 20 minutes. But after we got home he napped for a really long time. I guess he was cranky and needing a nap, lol. I did my workouts while he slept today. Whenever he's awake he always wants to steal my band and play with it or grab onto my legs while im holding them out for whatever exercise i'm doing.
