Should have had a salad at lunch, but I was SO hungry!!!!! But I didn't overdo it even though I was dreaming of a Big Mac. Yeah, I know. Heart attack in a sack! :(

Had a rough day and came home and ate junk....story of my life!!!!! TOMORROW WILL BE BETTER!!!!!!

I don't know why we do this when we feel down I do it myself All I can think of is we learned that food is a comfort. When I felt bad as a kid grandmaw would give me a cookie and said everything would be ok. Maybe we should just tell ourselves we are ok and know the best is yet to come. I will try to do this myself. Just know that I truly think you are a wonderful person who cares for others now care and spoil yourself a bit hugs
