One piece of cake put me back for 4 days :(
temptation is awful, especially with friends telling me 'its good to cheat' and putting it in my face where my eyes just want to devour it all up!

141.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
