I have been totally off my diet and eating everything I want. My blood sugars and weight show it, too. My blood sugars have been in the upper hundreds and lower two-hundreds in the morning for several weeks. I MUST return to low carb eating and again stop sugar and soda pop (especially stuff with caffeine!). I have let my taste buds rule my choices instead of my good sense. I will do better.
