Hi Everyone Hope your all doing well and are happy! My day was busy and I didn't plan to be out for so long and therefore I hadn't planned my eating properly. I had an apple and a scone but was very irritable on the way home and craving sweets and chocolate (my downfall). I won't make that mistake again.

I didn't do so well yesterday...actually yesterday was my worst day since I've started. I was out with my best friend and I ddnt have time to do my normal health routines. I ate ok but I was drinking a lot of diet sodas. I will not make those same mistakes again either!!! Good luck this week.

Yesterday is past, today is almost history and we have tomorrow to make it right. We won't ALLOW let anyone press our buttons. The choice is all ours as to how we respond to the pressure put before us. We are worth it and we can do it ladies.Tomorrow is the first day of the rest of our life. Make it count. :)
