I had a goal of being under 200lbs for my daughters graduation tomorrow and I weighed in at 190lbs this morning!!!!!!! Also, I have dropped my BMI from 36 to 29 and I am no longer obese I am now overweight. Normal here I come.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
