tired, bloatie, grumpy, and only on day 2 of no coffee. just typing the word makes me envision it's sweet velvety aroma. dancing on my taste buds. NO! NO MORE! I mustn't think of it! tomorrow is day three. I have yet to pass out from exhaustion. I still think maybe it's all a bunch of hooey but there really is no way of knowing unless I experience it myself. My weight isn't worth recording for i'm bloated and it would be a misrepresentation of my weight. it makes me feel down when i put the higher numbers in. I've been working out the past three days in a row and boy am I sore! breathing is painful at times lol. that will be cured with a nice long hot Epsom salt bath later on in the evening.
