I feel like such a fatty right now! I'm only maintaining despite good diet control. But there's that dreaded cycle issue, so it could be that in another week I'll drop a ton. I certainly hope so.
Working out has been a little difficult both time-wise and shoulder problem-wise. I have little rotator cuff left due to an injury that triggered some major degeneration (when I ignored it forever)so I did physical therapy and strengthened everything around it, but I still have to get cortisone injections. Atleast this one lasted 6 months! Sooo... after work, I get my injection, and maybe tomorrow I hit the gym. I wonder if the steroid injected into a joint effects your body in a similar way to oral ones? I have taken oral ones for asthma and they make me fat! Wonder if I'll have to fight that. Never took notice before.
