Got my shoulder injected again, so off to the gym today. Still at a plateau. I give it another week or so. One minor glitch- my doc reccommended supplementing calcium, which I started doing. However, I completely forgot you can't take it with thyroid med cuz it will neutralize the thyroid med. So for over a week, my thoyroid med has been negated. Thank goodness only a week, but still, I feel the effect. So another wee, and I should be fine.
