Jumped out of bed before I could think about how nice sleeping in would feel. I'm feeling good now after 45 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of abripper x. Jer was very impressed that I could get through the ab dvd (even only doing 15 reps of each) on my first time. Maybe 18 reps each on the next go?
