Felt terrible yesterday after eating too much bad stuff (and having a glass of wine) at a restaurant. Felt better this morning after working out and did okay eating today, but was hungry sometimes. Made an awesome banana, chocolate milk, peanut butter smoothie with my son. Delicious.
