I did good yesterday. I'm on induction level again, and will keep the ball rolling again today. :-)

Thanks Bren. I actually did pretty good today too. I had a dinner I'd been planning, and saving, for when I got back on track with my low carb eating. Pan roasted salmon, topped with a lemon herb sauce, and steamed king crab legs with broccoli on the side with melted herbed butter. It was definately worth the wait. :-) I will be making this again, as it was simple to make, and very tasty. Oh Yeah!!! :-)
