Good news and bad news for the first day. We were very active today doing home improvement projects, washing windows, moving furniture..but I had 3 pieces of plain cheese pizza. That was a downfall. We did go on a brief walk with my daughter. I did also eat alot of fruits and vegetables today too. I didn't feel sluggish today.

I just finished entering my food diary. This was a wake up call! A reminder of when I was on weight watchers. It took me a long time to enter everthing. I won't have this kind of time everyday. I have a laptop that I can keep downstairs with my daughter running around, so I record what I ate after each meal to see where I stand throughout the day. Tomorrow is another day, onward and upward! This will make me more aware of what I am putting in my mouth!!!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Keep up the positive attitude! Tomorrow is a new day. I've been inputting everything I eat into the Diet Calendar. It does take a little while to put in all the food especially if they don't have the food in the database but it's worth it to keep track of all you have eaten and physically see the calculations of calories, fat, carbs, protein etc. I'm doing well with it so far, I try to take a little bit of time after each meal to input it or at the end of the day before I go to bed I get it done. Keep it up though it's worth it! Helps me out, at least....
