Ok time to fess up! For the last month(or so) i have not been putting in the correct weight. I have been kidding myself that i would get it back down before the next weigh in but of course that doesnt work!
So today i decided to take the bull by the horns and just record exactly what it says on the scale and get back in order. So its not a 7lb gain in one week but over 4. (and thats bad enough!!!)
206.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
