Well one bag of Baked Doritos threw me over the 1200 mark !! One Bag !! WTH... so today I am 179 pounds were I was last week at this time !! Lost the one pound this week I put on Memorial Day Weekend..
Why did I not lose more, well because I did not workout for two days and went over my limit in calories one day..
It takes so little to throw off the weight loss..
But I will not be detered !!!
