Well I guess I could not stand to be 179 1/2 pounds I ate 1644 calories yesterday and am 180 pounds this morning !!

How did I do that well this is how.. one small bag of baked potato chips, 110 calories of cheddar chips, and one vodka cranberry cocktail..

3600 hundred calories to take one pound off and 400 calories over to put a half pound on and I walked for over an hour yesterday at a very fast pace..

That sucks..
