Today is the second day of the challenge and as luck would have it, I'm going to my Dad and step-Mom's for lunch. My step-Mom is 73 and has kept the same weight for over 40 years and she's average, not fat, not thin. My Dad is 79 and very heavy. They have tried to stuff all 5 of us "kids". I'm going to have to really practice SELF CONTROL today. My step-Mom is a really good cook!!
I'm trying to get my niece, great niece and my best friend to join this site. I think it would be fun to lose weight with 3 of my favorite people. I keep telling them what a wonder site this is.
