I am down two lbs from last week. A lot of work to lose 2 lbs, but nice and slow is how to go. So, 3 more lbs to my 1st goal. I caught myself a few times overeating when my stomach said I am full, but I didn 't listen. Will continue to listen to my God Given hunger cues.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yay, fantastic work! 2lbs is brilliant... but you're right that slow and steady is definitely the way to go to keep those lbs off. Just keep up the great work and you'll soon be celebrating that first goal!! ;o)
