@Bubblegum thanks :) its happening finally! :)
@Mission - Yeah i have wholemeal toast with poached eggs for breakfast nearly everyday. I eat between 12-8pm. And don't eat anything or drink anything other than water/black tea its just falling off me at a steady rate. Probably try changing what you eat i guess. I think the food habits is the hard part personally.

You're doing great. Weight loss will be primarily achieved through what you're eating, so don't feel you need to smash loads of cardio. The amount you burn is very little in the grand scheme of things. You're obviously doing things the right way at the moment so consider what you change... And if you're not motivated by cardio, don't aim to do it! Why don't you try doing some weight training?

Learning new meals and cooking from scratch has been one of my favourite things too....although I've always loved cooking

Try doing Intermittent Fasting - there’s an app Fastic on apple that I use - it’s great and it’s helped me (there’s a group on Facebook as well)

Try toasted bread with a scraping of real peanut butter topped with a teaspoon of strawberry conserve. It carries you till lunch. You can also try a few haloumi cubes dry fried with cherry tomatoes and sliced mushrooms. Cover it with lid till tomatoes burst their skin. Serve on toast. Freeze rest of halloumi in portions for another day. Last idea: potato cakes with maple syrup. :)
