well last night 5/27/2013 I did two sets of 50 squats and i also started 60 crunches and 5 didn't ab exercises.. I still did my 3 mile walk/run/. I was suppose to take it down to 2 miles but I couldn't help it ... I did a little weight training as well legs,arms,back....
