I'm starting prep for the P90X program today. I was up to 130 lbs today; 31 inch waist, 39 inch hips. This is definitely the biggest I've been without being pregnant (or immediately post-pregnancy). A 10-15 lb drop would really make me feel better. I'd love to get down to 110 lbs, but I'm not sure how realistic that is.

Plan is to cut calories and do short workouts for the next 3 weeks to try and get prepped for P90X. On October 4, I'll start the "Lean" program. Not sure how much I'll try to follow the P90X diet plan. I'll take a closer look at my eating habits and the plan during the next few weeks.

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 September 2010:
