Lost weight over the last 4 days simply by logging my food intake again. Yea me! I'm a little upset though because I can't account for all of my eatings this weekend thanks to The HoneyBaked Ham Company not providing nutritional information for all of the food on their menu. At least it's available for the important stuff...the meat! Now if I could just add some exercise to the food management imagine how much weight I'd lose! LOL!!
212.0 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
