I am totaly depressed. My weight has been totally steady for at least a year. I decide to go on WW again (which I lost 55 lbs 3 years ago and have gained 30 back)and am now gaining. I gained 5 lbs in a week! I bought nutrisystem food and have been counting those points. Does anyone have any sugestions. I do pilates too. I lost it so easy on WW before and don't understand how I can be gaining. It's very discouraging. Please give me advice. I'm doing everything as I did it before. I hear that I must be gaining muscle, but I really don't think so.

Well, Nutrisystem foods might contain alot of sodium, check the labels. Did you take the WW test to see how many points you get and did you eat all your points every day? If you don't eat enough calories, you can have a gain. Is it that time of the month? It sounds like sodium, so drink alot of water. Your best bet is to stay away from processed foods, and eat more natural foods. Good luck!
