I feel so guilty. I have been really trying for the past week. I have stuck to the diet nearly 100%. (I am a food salesperson and a customer nearly force fed me a small slice of pizza that she made)first of all that is a problem for me, I visit restaurants all day and most want me to try their food...Anyway, the hardest thing for me is not having my white wine at night. I know it is bad but I am a 2 glass kinda girl and this has been hard to give up. Last night I was watching football with my husband and I had 2 vodka and diet Tonics. ANy suggestions for help with the night cap craving?

wine is tough to give up. alcohol, in general, during football season is tough to give up. I used to allow myself one day to drink what i wanted but it made losing so much harder and slower that I don't do that anymore..i wonder if you any of yor workout days are harder than the others?? have a drink that day..it might even itself out??? haaa..i don't know. if you come up with a solution, please advise!!!
