Planning to go kayaking tomorrow, will hopefully make up for reduced activity today and yesterday, and be lots of fun ;-D. I might be on better track to staying within my calorie count, but it's an everyday struggle, been logging my food to kind of plan for the next day and that seems to help. I feel like a lot of this is common sense, but it's so much easier to know what to do than it is to actually do it.
