got new scale (ww), last night was my wifes birthday.. so i had some cake and took her out to eat and drink a little alcohol, did get to burn calories a little later though... hahahaa

the new scale is by weight watchers and it is really easy to use and read. It was off from our old scale by almost a pound, but after a test with dumbbell weights we found that our old scale was the one that was off....
239.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 59.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
