I feel great today because I'm down 1 lb. I weigh in every morning. I must have been retaining water because my hole body feels better, and it seems like my clothes fit better today.

Today so far I've taken in coffee with skim milk & splenda, water
1 diet dew and allbran 1/3 cup 70 calories. I'm trying to eat every 2 to 3 hours to keep my metabolism going. 9:30 I'm having yogart 100 calories. Is this the place to journal? Please advise.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
