This morning I was 204. That is a good feeling. I have not seen that number for 7 months. The last time I hit 204 I stalled and couldn't keep it together and went right back up to 215. This time I see that that 190s within reach and am not giving in.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
