New Alpha Male 2.0 diet and workout plan. Strict Crab restriction, but not calorie restriction the first 2 weeks. so far predictable results.
200.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
