Justin Jones

Currently working for Boeing as a Stress Engineer, in Seattle, Washington. Has always been athletic but not taken training all that seriouly in the past. 3 years ago he was called "fat" by a loved one and there has been no turning back. Since that time Justin has trained and completed 2 marathons and tried out a handful of weight and plyometric programs.

Justin just had a new baby boy and his training schedule was put on hold for several months last year. But now things are "normal" again and P90X is up for getting his body back into shape.

Justin's goal is to get to and maintain 8-9% body fat and have that 6 pack he's been missing.

Justin has entertained the idea of cooking/personal trainer as a secondary job but until he gets his own body undercontrol that remains a dream.
