Second day of exercising! forgot my workout gear at home, and almost did not go...but I went to the gym! yesterday I purged on pretzels, apple pie..not the best start..but I weighed in today, and I lost 2 pounds! lets keep going! 48 days to go!
234.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
