Still not losing as much weight as I'd like to . . . but holding my own. One of my new FatSecret buddies suggested that I try strength training to help build up my old weak arthritic knees. She sent me to a fabulous web site with all of the info that I need to get started. Lo & behold I have begun to strength train my muscles. Hoping for a better week!
267.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

DragonLady, you're on the right track! Building muscle is a wonderful way to lose inches! I always say I wouldn't care how much I weighed if I could always fit in my "skinny" clothes!
