I can't decide between reasonably well and poorly for how I followed the diet. If I compare myself to how I was doing in January to June, I am doing poorly because I was very srict then. If I compare myself to how I used to eat before I started the diet, I am doing really well.
Yesterday, co workers brought in tons of snacks. I resisted until the next shift brought in HOT brownies. Argh, I had 2 and then also had a bite of the cheesecake from 1st shift!! Before I left I ate a small handfull of POTATO chips, yuck I hate potatos now. What was I thinking?
Oh well, back to good eating today. Nothing but whole grains, low fat meat and good fruits/veggies!
Made whole wheat low fat banana muffins last night. Yum! This morning splurged on whole wheat pancakes and turkey bacon.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Isn't it funny how after you start this diet, you consider whole wheat pancakes and turkey bacon a splurge, whereas, before starting this diet, that would have been a "diet" breakfast. Keep up the good work!!

A day with many temptations and a few bites is not "poorly" in my book, definitely reasonably well! Look at it this way, you could have had a whole piece of cheese cake and other goodies besides what you did. Sounds like you were reasonably good with the will power. Today is a new day and you can do it!
