Mexican style eggs Benedict at Matteo's. One for lunch, one later for dinner. Just rolled with a commercial calorie count to be safe. Not sure how I'm going to heat the one up for dinner. It was so perfectly cooked. Going swimming in a minute, no thunderstorms today.

So while these were delicious, they were the wrong meal before swimming with all that heavy sauce. I think I'll have them put it on the side next time. That said, hand made English muffins - wow. Huge difference.
